Density fiberboard, referred to as density board (MDF), is a man-made board made of wood fiber or other plant fibers as raw materials, crushed, soaked, ground into pulp, and then added with adhesive, and then hot pressed. According to different densities, it is divided into high-density, medium-density and low-density fiberboard, which is a common material in furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, packaging and other fields.

Pros:

The surface is super flat, suitable for baking paint, blister, lamination modeling.

Easy to process, can mill, groove, arc, carving.

The nail grip is slightly better than that of ordinary particleboard.

Not easy to crack and high flatness.
